Our team

The management of the fund is in the hands of a management team that is responsible for the day-to-day management, supplemented by independent and supporting external partners. The management team consists of three members.

Frank Bruynseels

CEO

Frank Bruynseels has a financial education with more than 30 years of experience in the banking sector. He has been a member of the executive committee at ABN Amro in Monaco, managing director of Bank Nagelmackers in Belgium and chairman in Luxembourg, and CEO of Commerzbank International in Belgium. As such, he has extensive knowledge and expertise in private banking and asset management. Frank is in charge of the day-to-day management of the fund.

Luc Neefs

Chairman

The Board of Directors is chaired by Luc Neefs, a lawyer by training, and for 25 years a member of the management board of the contracting company DCA, active in residential project development, construction and road building. Through this relationship with DCA, the fund has the necessary technical and commercial expertise in real estate.

Kil Ja Verhoeven

Director

Kil Ja Verhoeven, a lawyer by training, can draw on more than 15 years' experience in various law firms specialising in property law. With this expertise, she makes an important contribution to the development of the real estate and investment portfolio of Greenmile Sustainable Housing Fund.

  • PWC as statutory auditor represented by Mr Damien Walgrave,
  • Stadim as an independent real estate expert responsible for the periodic valuation of the real estate portfolio,
  • WIN Admin as a financial manager, responsible for accounting, financial management and reporting,
  • Watson bv as a BIV approved real estate agent, responsible for managing the real estate portfolio,
  • Lydian advocaten as external legal counsel.
